I’m a trained STOTT Mat and Chair Pilates instructor—and a process enthusiast.

Just like every body is unique, so is the journey to better movement. My classes focus on helping you reconnect with your posture, build control, and move with intention.

Join from the comfort of your home, wherever you are. Online sessions are guided with clear verbal cues, perfect for building consistency and control at your own pace. All you need is a mat—and maybe a curious pup nearby.

In-Person Mat Pilates

Gentle to moderate level classes, accessible from home. Focused on control, breath, and alignment.

Held in my cozy home studio, these sessions offer hands-on guidance and personal attention. Ideal for those who value in-person feedback, postural checks, and a friendly, relaxed vibe—with dogs occasionally joining in.

In-Person Chair Pilates

A more focused session using the STOTT Pilates Stability Chair to challenge your core, balance, and control. Ideal for deepening your practice with precision and support, these sessions are offered in-person at my home studio—where we tailor movement to your body, one mindful rep at a time
